Thanks Mate. I would change the jets………but it’s fuel injected! ;)

However……I belive it is already running a bit rich (fair bit of carbon buld up in the head and exhaust), so removing the baffle may help to correct that.

Oops! You do have a point there.   I forgot that it’s injected…….. Well it should sort that issue out if it is a little rich.

    Hey ther Gibbit,
She looks the goods champ! I wish you all the success at Finke and ride safe. Glad to hear that you are taking some spares. ;)

As you have now removed the baffle from the exhaust it will flow better and may require a slightly larger main jet as she may run a little leaner and may require a little fatten up. This is a good thing as it means more power. ;)

    Good luck with it.

    Weights!!!!

    Hey TB,

nice no bias report there! How about you take those corner weight scales to Birthday weekend and get some real (accesories and full fuel) results!! Could make for some quieter mouths and a laugh as well!!! Iccould scout a level area and supply a sheet of form ply!!

I think I’m coming all the way out to SC but need to be closer before I commit.

    G

I dont think we access to the scales anymore G, but I hope to get it weighed this week or next. As far as the report goes, I do like Honda because they are the best  but it doesnt stop be being impressed, disapointed or surprised in other brands like the 530

    TB

I will see what I can do regarding the scales; but I won’t promise anything at this stage.

Just let me know what you would like to do TB.

    Lest we forget.

Great stories and memories guys. Just got back from our local dawn service. Have a great day all remembering those who have fallen for our great country. Both past and present, I thank them all.

    We are the lucky ones.

    Hey there Crow,
I am not trying to be a smart arse but the front brake line usually runs inside the fork leg. Actually on a 2002 – 2003WR (which I owned) actually ran through a channel under the fork leg back up to the caliper.

Yeah great stuff Mick!! Any day out on a bike is a good day I reckon. Shit mate the Morard XR looks like a low rider and I might even be able to get my leg over it.  Looks the goods though.
