Don’t think so, but best to ask him yourself
Very nice Murph!!!
If the map switch operates the same as the 350, it is definitely worth having. The 2 position switch can be set to aggressive/standard or wet/standard. A switch under the seat toggles between the two.
I’ve only ever had mine set to aggressive/standard and there is a norticable difference between the two. Set to aggressive the engine seems to rev longer and harder.
I think there may be an aftermarket 3 position switch.
Hi Murph, just sent you a PM. Bike is sorted. I ‘m keen. Can you PM me the details please.
Murph, I’m out. Just spent the last 3 hours stuffing around fitting my steering damper (slow, I know). Finally got it done prefectly and it turns out there isn’t enough clearance between the centre bolt on the triple clamp and the tower on the damper. It can’t turn past centre without hitting. I don’t have enough time now to pull it all apart and take the tower off. 👿
My mate pulled the pin as well, he has to work.
Cheers Murph. Just got a message, can I bring a mate?

LukeSounds like the new 350 will be broken in sooner than later! Nice.
Done! Better than Xmas. See you on Saturday.
Hi Roy,
Count me in please.
Cheers

Bundy, that’s how it works its encompasses the part of the engine that the expansion chamber slips into and reinforces it. It is supposed to stop damage to the engine caused from big hits on the chamber.
As to whether its worth having, its just a bit of insurance really. The cost of repairing the engine would be huge I would imagine. I only fitted it after switching from a Pickles pipe guard (which attached to the frame) to a carbon guard that took the brunt of hits.

Thanks Krusty,
I hope you’re right! There are a lot of people ‘watching’ it on eBay, let’s hope that translates to more bids!
Now at $5,600. Still a bargain. Get on it before it’s gone!
