Biddings almost over……. there’s still time if anyone’s keen.
Closes at 9:45pm tonight.
July 21, 2011 at 3:14 pm in reply to: Saturday 9 July Watagans Letter A ( ride with a twist ) #205250Seb, can you post up where you got stuck? (GPS picture or co-ordinates). I’m pretty familiar with the tracks around the Letter A and would be interested to know where it was.
Cheers

New bike on the way and I only have room for one so this one must be sold.
I’ve listed it on eBay. Highest bidder or first to rock up at my front door with cash wins.
PM or call me if interested.

Negative. Back to a 4-stroke! An orange one, of course.

Bob, if you can handle those weapons in your avatar, you’ll be all over the 300!
TB, Owl 2,
Pick-up is fine if want to pick it up or I can post it to you. I’m in the inner-city.
Hey Murph, thanks for the plug!!
Any photos that I have posted on Old Bulls or DBW (in the Ride Reports) were taken with this camera.

Oakley Crowbar’s – the best set of goggles I’ve even owned.
Have not met anyone who owns a pair that is disappointed with them.
I bought mine from the States on special. A few of us went in together and split the freight. The cost worked out at about $50 a pair. The only thing you have to look out for is that some US shops won’t ship from the States. If that happens either order some other gear as well (they’ll put them in the order with other gear they can ship) or use a freight forwarding company. I used PriceUSA, but I’ve heard shipitto is good to.
Cheers
Thanks Murph, I will be there.
cheers
bump.
Hi Murph, I’d like to come. I’ve got a new rear tyre so going up Hitchcocks this time should be much easier!

RIDE CANCELLED BY TOUR OPERATOR DUE TO BAD WEATHER……..
3 of us will be doing an alternate ride from Stroud this Saturday. PM me if interested.

CheersHey, good one. Just sent you a PM. Let me know if you didn’t get it.
Great ride, thanks Murph and co. Really enjoyed it.
I’ve riden Hitchcocks Lane plenty of times: alway down.
Have thought to myself, it would be good to ride up Hitchcocks one day. Never expected it would be during a downpour with a rear tyre that was on it’s last ride!. Thanks to Murph and his handy tow ropes I was able to get up there, but it was a punish (to all).
Hats off to Al. At the bottom of Hitchcocks he was with us, then he got on his bike and he was gone. All the way up.
As Murph said we came across some 4×4 towards the end of the ride, glad I was not with them, I don’t know how they would get through some of those mud pits.
