    I think 50:1 is fine but I’m certainly no expert.

    Mototrans, I did this ride last year on my 300. No indicators. Licence plate only. Did not encounter any problems in that respect.

    I think I took 450 mls of oil which was plenty. We did 300 kms all up and from memory the max fuel I put in at each fuel stop (there were 4 or 5) was 6 litres. I’m sure some stops were only 4 litres.

    The only issue I had was struggling to keep up on the tar and dirt roads as I had my gearing set low and it was uncomfortable riding above 80 or 90 km/hr.
