From the towns mentioned, if we went north enough and the tracks were open we could cut east through the elusive Cameron Corner on the way south to Silverton.

We wouldn’t have had the experience that we did last year without the changes of plan. One of the best tracks we rode, we wouldn’t have, if we hadn’t been deverted by weather. It’s not the destination, it’s the journey.

As long as the pub we get stuck in has Coopers Pale, I’ll be happy.

I’ve finished doing all that to night. I couldn’t do a 10 day ride and not be confident the bike wouldn’t make it. So all done except for checking my nuts.

I’ll do that tomorrow night. The’re easy to find cos I keep them on me, in a bag.
