it is a 1990 model and she dose like the mud and yes moto i am up for a new tyre

there is two sets of forks mick xr200 xr600

the muffler is an old car one i had laying around welded it all up and all good nice note to :cheer:

ok they worked so here is one more

ok so i found out that the floats were put in wrong maybe by me :whistle: so that have fixed the fuel flow problem

now i have another problem and that is that there is fuel poring out the hose on the bottom of the carby only stops when you turn the fuel off is that to do with float level :unsure:

i have the standard one that i pulled off the bike to put the mikuni on the standard one was ok no probs with fuel supply with it on

how would cable adjustment help the cable is new anyway

the carby dose not look worn dont know how old it is as it was second hand

Mick any chance you could post some pix of your floats just wont see if my ones are the same cheers if you can

well i am a car mechanic by trade so i have a pritty good idea on how they work but this one has got me bugged :unsure:

i have looked over that parts Diagram a million times but it is all there :dry:

the next thing i am going to look at is the floats they mey be the wrong ones for the carby :unsure:
