i have no idea it looks ok to me
Does not look warn and moves up and down freely
cleaned tank out and the fule tap was all good, carby is as clean as it is gonna get and blown out..
Thinking maybe needing a new needle and seat..well white rocket this carby dose not have such a screw but it dose have a nut on the bowl witch you can take out so i did what you seed with that out and fuel came out then slowed to a drip every couple of seconds is that bad
been using caltex vortex98 dont know if that has ethanol think in mite. I changed the fuel line the last time i put the crrby back on so dont think that is the problem
still the same  so what do look for now
did all that Ollie and still hard to blow thru i tried some compressed air thru the line went thru ok going to try it back on the bike now
thanks TB will check it out
sorry man i dont have a printer can I email the form to them

well got some time today to get the carby off
pulled it apart and tried what you guys said about the float pivot pin and i got it out it was tapered on one side
the needle and seet looked good not stuck
so i pulled the thing to pieces and i mean the hole thing and gave it a good look over and it looks ok to me not a caby specialist by any means
tried blowing thru the fuel line but it was very hard i mean very hard but it did stop at 45 degrees so is it meant to be that hard
thanks guys for for your help
well have not taken it off the bike yet will do later then i will pull it apart and try to get the needle and seet out to see what i looks like
I think that the pin dose have a taper on it still was very hard did not wont to brake anything
will try blowing air thru the fuel line aswell
fuel is flowing out the tap
gave it a good blow out before i put it oncould not get to needle and seet out the pin was to tight to get out was going to brake the support dont know how to get it out??????
