Quote:Hey Moto .. when I did my first tyre change on the Husky I scratched my rims too. Can’t help it. But I did a bit of a touch up on them with a permanent Black marker pen. It hid the scratches well.Like the rim sticker too. I’ve seen them for my bike too. Might have to look into it
Good tip with the black marker Kram. I’ve scratched my rims too.
There is a guy on cafe Husky selling rim stickers. Thinking about them myself.
Looks like a Murphbergs ride AB. Round and F$%king round all bloody day.
With your pipe guard, I run a hyde (like Menace) and landed it heavily on the pipe side at a Murphsberg ride and it didn’t have a mark on the pipe. Surprised the hell out of me too, I thought it would have caved in.
It takes a while to adjust to the two stroke, but once you do you’ll love it.
Fingers crossed Eagle. Hopefully the Sherco can hang in there for another day.
Get the Dakar under thier belt and head off to Baja and sort them Hondas out.
I had that happen when I had my WR400. The female thread had nearly stripped. The cap never leaked, I just didn’t tighten it as much as the other two.
Helicoil as TB said is the go. I bought one in case the cap leaked. They are easy to install and will last forever.
Hey TB you can ride the brand of bike winning the Dakar if you like.
Well I hope at least one of them finishes. Last year there was a 450 and 250 and they both DNFed.
GO THE SHERCOS!!!!
1st of May looks good me TB.
Good report Huskybloke.
What was the go with Smurph and the pink undies Murph????
Here is the only decent photo Murph snapped.
Happy new year Old Bulls. Not long to go now. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
