I forgot all about the scene in Ghost that you were referring to and funnily enough the movie was actually at Louee. We put it on (Tyne got quite insistent that we watch it :laugh: ) and watched part of it. I even noticed some of the guys watching it too (don’t deny it Mal! :laugh: )

Anyway what I really wanted to post was a HUGE THANKYOU to Boulder who surprised me with a lovely gift at the Xmas Party. Boulder, who knows a whole lot about the DRZ400, gave me a service manual for the 2000-2007 DRZ400, a manual for it’s carby as well as a manual cam chain adjuster. Boulder knew that the DRZ’s had a problem with the auto cam chain adjuster so he made sure that he got me a manual one.

I am stoked Boulder. Thank you so much for the gifts and as repayment I hope you’ll take me up on my offer to take it for a ride when it is all ready.

I wont deny watching a bit of the movie Kylie. It has Demi Moore in it and that’s enough for me.

I have just started uploading 27 photos and then I’ll upload a couple of vids from the jump at the thumper track.

Had a great weekend at Louee. Met a heap more Old Bulls.

Some highlights:
-The effort Dan put into the ‘OBT Spirit Award’. Looks great mate.
-The man hug Dan got from TB when receiving the spirit award. (I’m sure TB had some man tears under his sunnys)
-Ripping around the thumper track with a heap of Old Bulls
-Riding the power line track (?) with Moto, Tyne, KylieD, Chris and superunit.
-Having Ollie push me around the poker run. Made me a faster rider. Thanks Ollie.
-The poker run in general. Just great fun.
-Riding the special test with Ollie, Boulder, Pebble and Yakka(I think).
-Have a couple of laps of the special test on Ollies Gas Gas. Nice bike if the seat had a bit of foam it.
-Watching Moto trying to get the mechanical knowledge in his brain to come out of his hands. He looked a bit like this . I’m sure those gloves will last forever moto.
-Drinking, sitting around and cooking with a great punch of guy and gals.

Finally got around to uploading pics and videos.

Not much more to add to Murphs and Dudes report. We had a great couple of days. Explored a couple of new tracks on Saturday and now have a good loop that can made as long or short as we like. The saturday arvo loop is just picturesque, riding through rocky cliffs and over large rock areas.

Sunday was linking up tracks, crossing the river and stopping for a gas bag fairly often.
