shed was built in 2001 and then moved into with four dogs and a rabbit. Started buiding house not longer after. moved into house 2 years ago. bought bikes instead of landscaping. all is good.
Well what a bike. i’m very impressed with it. It probably needs some jetting, but i’ll wait til i get more kms on it. The power is nice and predictable, no big snap and you’re on arse type stuff. It feels nice and light to turn. easy than the sherco and i rekon that bike is easy to turn.
I think I’m a convert to the 2 stoke ‘dark side’ :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
xy – yes it’s full rego. keep the plate on my backpack now after losing the shercos a couple weeks ago. the displacement is 297cc on the rego papers.

Quote:Very very nice mal what happened to the sherco, did you keep it or trade it, you must have one of those european fetishes, theres web sites out there for that you know  :laugh:Sherco is still in the shed Chris. Not sure what I’ll dowith it yet. Might just put the motard wheels on it and use it as a road/track bike.
I’ve been to those euro web sites mate. They just don’t do it for me anymore.
all safe thanks crash. just back from a few ‘more’ beers at medogrockets place.
Good day out with great guys as usual. Met some new old bulls. No big crashes or breakdowns. I have a couple of vids to upload later tonight.
If anyone took photos and wants them posted just pm me and give my email address and get them sorted.
Thanks loony. I just purchased a Husky WR300. I rode a 510 and thought it felt a lot heavier to turn than the Sherco I have now. Then jumped on the 300 and thought I gota get one of these. I rode the KTM300 and KTM250. They were ok but still had KTM on them. I’m about to write a ride impression on this thread.

It WILL be cold and frosty in the morning guys, have warm clothing on when you get out of the car.
Nice work Shane, I think you covered all bases there.
And thanks to TB for the real disclaimer.
Welcome Old Meni Guy. You’ll have a great time here, and a laugh or three.
Sweet, new bike on the way.:woohoo: Nothing like waiting for a new bike. Did I read somewhere else that your for a Sherco?? I had to wait 5 months for mine back 2007. But I assure you it’s worth the wait.
The Honda looks and sounds sweet.
Nice track there robo. A couple of laps a week of that will keep you fit. What ya riding in the vid? I thought you were on a two stroker.

There is an Events/Ride Dates forum on the main forum page. TB posts the event and then locks the thread so everyone can go there for the event info. Then we start a ride gathering thread to dribble about how good the event will.
I think long rolls with snags are the go DrD. Onions and bbq/tomato sauce should cover it. If you want get flashy a large tub of coldslaw or pasta salad would go down well.
