It would take a brave rider to get it that far off the ground and then do what ever freestyle trick that is and land. Couldn’t find pics of him landing though.

Congrats to the OBT team for a great effort so far. Happy to help out.

Just made a donation to get the ball rolling.

Good idea Moto about regular donations through the year. Might do the same myself.

I might just treat myself to a ride this arvo now.:woohoo:

    Hey twobanger

I ride weekdays most of the time. I have about 15 rostered days off a month. Ride around the Lithgow areas mostly.

Let me know when you have a day off and we’ll go for a ride.

    Mal.

    Hey Murph
I would like to come on your ride, but alas I cannot:

    A) it would embarrassing and sickening to watch Tim whip your arse on the tracks now he has upgraded. :P :P

    B) I am riding/drinking friday and saturday at a mates farm :woohoo:

    C) We should be testing the rally car on sunday

    Work is crap.

    Murph

Come on Murph, you know you want to be an operator;) night shifts are just great:huh:

wont be able to make the Nundle ride as Batemans Bay bike rally is on and the Bathurst boys heading down again, so I’ll go there.

There’s lots of analogue stuff in there Mal, didn’t you have a picture of any newer conrol rooms?! :P

That’s the closest pic I could find to our control room. I think our station is one of the last to have a mimic panel. Managment are changing it using cheapest quote type screen based controls.

I had Frank Pons revalve the forks and shock on the sherco and it is the best money i’ve spent on the bike. Made so much difference to the handling. Now I feel much more confidant in loose rocky stuff. I’d recommend to anyone to get the suspension sorted to suit you before any other mods.

feels like 12.5c due to the 29kph offshore wind.

i assume that the wind is always offshore where you live?

the wind has been offshore this week. NW and about 80 kph gusts. as a mate says here ‘it’s strong enough to blow a cullen bullen boy off his sister’.

when we get an easterly I ring murph the surf and tell we are getting the arvo sea breeze. makes me feel like i’m back on the coast.
