Thanks Snowy.
The camera was mounted on my chest just below my neck brace. I forget to check where it is pointing sometimes and you end up looking more at my bars than the road. Sorry about that, but there wasn’t much time for adjustment and I was having to much fun riding to worry about the camera angle.
Video No.6
The Widow Maker and a bit of single track.
CAUTION Aaron swear quite loudly at the start. Funny as though. :woohoo:
Nice Murph.
Amazon looks harder every time I see it.

That bloodly hill. ‘Middle Ridge Hill’. The Old Bull spirit was in full swing and Crash lived up to his name.
This one is in lower res as it’s 15min long.
King STM wrote:I am so stoked to see how well that flowed. My goal was to trust the cornermen and spread the group and that is proof that it worked. Hard to believe that there were over 40 bikes on that ride and you and Murph had sections like that to yourself. That first tight single is ‘Outer Limits’ and that uphill fire road with the massive water bars is ‘Horsepower Hill’. The last single is ‘Whinge Road’.
Even in the singles there are a lot of lines and you managed to puck the best option almost everytime on trails you have never seen before. Nice one Mal. No wonder you were so stoked at the end of every ride.
STMMate the ride flowed perfectly. In a lot of the singles there would only be a few guys together and if I came up on a slower rider I’d just cruise along with them or they would move over when they felt safe enough. If a faster rider caught me I’d just move over and let them go.
It was awesome running with Murph for a while. We’re not fast riders but have a great time pushing each other. The tracks are just plain awesome. :woohoo: :woohoo:
I have a 2 videos to upload tonight/tomorrow and probably 2 other to edit. One is 15min of the Middle Ridge hill that caught a few riders out. :woohoo:
Captain Furious and I were going to enter a 4 man team this year but I have to work and didn’t get my act together and take the time off.
Last year was hot and very humid. Lots of fluids Bundy and just be ride fit. The track was mostly tight single with a couple of slippery creek crossings to keep it interesting.
It’s fairly casual and heaps of fun. There are lots of fast guys which are great to watch dissapear down the track.
Enjoy mate.

Having a bit of a run with Murph. :woohoo:
Video No.2
It’ll be a few days before I get to the next one.
Here’s the first of my videos. I haven’t had a lot of time to do any editing since we got back.
yep sure looked hot.

The offical ‘PAID’ photographer is eternally sorry for not filiming the jeresy auction.
I know I was pointing the camera around but obviously forgot to turn it on. I think the alcohol was going to my head.

I was going to try and make the ride but the body and bike were a bit tired from the Coffs ride.
I’m keen to try Galey hill. :woohoo: I need a lot hill practice.
