Thanks guys.
If I get a design that works Rocket then yes I plan to sell them. It’ll be while before I get to that stage.
Bundy you’re probably right with the air gap. I had a mind set when I was making that she’ll be right be then my quality control officer (the Mrs) said the same thing. I’ll see how this one goes and make another with a bigger air gap.
Always open to ideas and suggestions.
A Murphsberg ride will be the unltimate test.
Well I finally got around to knocking up a prototype cage for the expansion chamber. Not sure if it will do the job but the only way to find out is to make one and test it. If handles the rocks and crashes adequatley then I’ll make one out of lighter gauge stainless tube and one out of solid aluminium bar. For now it’s 8mm mild steel and weighs just 2kg.
Tomorrow I’m going to look at some styles of mesh to attach to the front for roost protection.
It’s only tacked in these pics, but it’s all welded now.

Did you have the goggle cam on?
Looks like a great ride Boulder. Top resting place for TK.
Loved the Sidetrack mag. I think I have every issue from 1998 when I started riding.
I like the chest mount when standing but I think the goggle mount is the best view and when Nick get the angle sorted it will be even better.
Galey, that was me at my best mate. I’ve got nothing on a pro rider like yourself.
Never fouled a plug on my 2 strokes either TB.

I think Galey was refering to old mate that took a bullet while riding out there 12 months ago.

MurphThis clip is all about the old school. When it was filmed there was no such thing as broadband yet now to watch it you need broadband. Kinda ironic hey!
STM
It’s old school like you Murph. He just needs the surf board straped to the side and be on the beach.
Technology is cool though. Just downloaded the video and emailed it to work for you.
I love the sound of a 2 stroke in the morning.

It’s Galey’s way of saying he’s as good as 4 riders put together. And he is that good.

The 350 sounds like the go. Even if it is a KTM
