Looks like you sorted out you file dramas. Have you tried your GoPro on your helmet?STM
Yeah file dramas are sorted for now. I have one more video to edit and I’m gong to try your free program.
Haven’t mounted the gopro on the helmet as I’m not a fan of seeing part of the helmet in the footage and also having the camera sitting out there waiting to be ripped off. I’d like to try and mount it on the mouth piece of the helmet. That would be an interesting angle.

That GG of yours sounds angry Mal. Looks like your about to hook up a tree with your bars from that camera angle!
Great quality, those cameras have come along way.Yeah it can get a bit angry Axel. I just have to keep the right hand in check. I do like the sound of it though.
The camera is mounted on my chest and when I sit down (which is probably too much) it looks at the bars.
Welcome back doc.
Will be good to get for a ride with ya again.
There’s some fuullly sic designs there.
Thinking about buying an MX bike so I can get some nude girls stuck on it.
They’re good quality. The kits that capt has have withstood broken plastics and not even look like tearing.
I bought a cheap set from Tee n Cee for a bike before I sold it and they were ok. They were tricky to put on and two of them didn’t really line up that well.
I bought a cheap set from the local bike shop years ago when I sold a bike and they were easy to put on and were about same thickness as the Tee n Cee ones.
There’s always the ebay option. Lots of cheap sets on there.

It’s ok dog boy.
Bergs need all the tech threads they can get….
Serioulsy though the 550 was way better. I rode both and the 550 handled the best. I think it was an 06 model which I also think it had different fork internals.
Last two videos.
A bit of the single track from Sunday morning.

The hill that brought a few unstuck.

That was funny.
Thanks KING STM. I’ll look it that link. I’m going to buy a decent program this week to do better quality videos.
A couple of tips for windows movie maker.
1-If you run vista you have to convert your mp4 files to avi files. I used this free program
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/MP4Cam2AVI.htm
It keeps the orginal mp4 files and makes new avi files.
2 – If you run Windows 7 you need to download the latest version of windows live which will allow you to edit mp4 files. (thanks to Chris72a for that tip)
I find movie maker on vista a bit unstable and it doesn’t like large projects.
What programs does everyone else use?
Great report and photos Mick. :woohoo:
Those logs look diabolical!!
Top the hill on Saturday morning. Slate Hill
Finally got movie maker to edit mp4 videos. Thanks Chris.

Welcome Dejay.
Sorry you bought a KTM as well mate. There’s nothing wrong with them, they’re just to mainstream for me now.
Sutto and the guys do great job supporting OBT and good to see they looked after you.
You’ll have to back to Sunny Corner and ride the tracks instead of driving them. :woohoo:
See ya out there one day.
