Hey does anybody know if bikes can get passed the blockage on the Bridle TRack?
Thinking about going up there next weekend and going home via the track and into Bathurstthanks
SeanThe person to ask would probably be TB but he will be off line all weekend so maybe someone else like Mal5.1 could answer it.
Welcome to the site bender.
Plenty of info on here and heaps of rides going on all the time.
Good ride the TTR. A mate has one with somewhere around the 10k mark on it too. Still going strong and he loves it.
You can get bikes through the Bridle track as of a couple of months ago. Just be awhere that the road is officially closed and the track where the blockage is pretty unstable. It’s not for the faint hearted up there. If you find you can’t get through, you can go back towards Sofala and turn right down Turondale road. It’s all tar to Bathurst but still a nice country road.
Hope this helps.

Chris.Great idea Chris. I’ve been looking at the GoPro HD.
Nervous Murph :S
Until we rode up the ramp and onto the showground. Then was it all waving to the crowd, high fiving the kids and kissing babies on the forhead. You know general Rockstar stuff.
Nah is was all good mate. Had the intercom with the other rider and we did our thing around the quads and apparently the crowd loved the show.
Capt. Furious and his wife have put a lot of time, money and effort into getting the show up and going and it paid off with the crowd going nuts. :woohoo:
Yep, sure was an adventure alright. Those first two pics are good action shots. :woohoo:
That bloke on the YZ looks like a bit nervous.
It was a top effort for the first show.
What about some of that gold daisy chain stuff?
It’s not very strong but would look purty…
Just got back from a 260km ride in 30 degree heat. Time for an arvo nap.
When the ‘floating’ spacers wear down the disc rattles like a bastard and annoys the crap out you.
Other riders think your bike is about to blow up.
Nice work guys. It’s good see riders putting the effort into track maintainence.
