Yep a good few hours out. We rode nice loamy slippery singles in the pines, fast open fire trails and a nice flowing rocky fire trail with a dead roo in the middle of the track.

And then a bit of bad wheelie practice, for me anyway.

Thanks for the ride capt. and taking the video.

Good hear it’s nothing major. I just watched a bloke at Finke get high sided and break a few ribs, got back on the bike and finished the event.

Rest up big fella and remember it an adventure bike made for carrying lots of gear over a long distance, not heel clicking over errosion mounds.

Don’t feed him Chicken and we’ll see how long he lasts.

    I’ll have $20 on 4 weeks.

Has anyone asked Mal why he is “comfortably numb”?

Sounds like he hit the “wall”

    maybe it’s all that “money”

anyhow Mal while you’re learning to fly the show must go on

Anyway Goodbye cruel world I must go and have one of my turns

Maybe he wishes he was here??

Maybe he has a “new machine”

Or Maybe he ate one of “Alan’s Psychedelic Breakfasts”

Or his life has gone to the “Dogs”

Maybe he decided to “Have a Cigar” and that put him into “Interstellar Overdrive”

Or He could have seen TB “In The Flesh” and now he is “Lost for Words”

And seeing as though he has a “Young Lust” for Euro bikes his vision and foresight is “”Obscured by Clouds”

    Need I go on??

    Some great songs there guys.

There are so many more to brighten :) or darken :( your day.

    Hey Eags,

Dude has a set of Delkevics I think. He likes them for the price and they offer more protection than standard knee gaurds.

Medogrocket has a pair but doesn’t where them anymore. He found them very bulky and felt his legs were sticking out from the bike to much. The material is a lot thicker than the asterisks, probably to get the same strength from cheaper materials.

Another guy a ride with has a pair and likes them for the price. It took him a while to get used to them but rekons he doesn’t notice them now.

Go and try a set on if you can and you’ll know staraight away if you like them. When I tried the POD K700 on they were horrible and I walked around the shop for about 20min and still didn’t like them. Tried on the asterisks and instant comfort. Depends on your leg/knee shape as to what will feel best. I tried Medogrockets Delkevics on and thought they were to bulky for me.

End of the day mate any protection is better then no protection.
