I have been using this stuff for a couple of months now and have washed all our bikes with it. It works very well at getting most of the crap off without scrubbing. I have a small oil leak on one bike and using the brushes supplied in the kit the oil cleans off nicley. It brings the plastics up real shiny and leaves a wax on them so the water beads off when it rains.

I’ve used the bike shine a couple of times and it does the trick in making the bike stand out. You just have to be carful not to spray too much on as runs and streaks. But a quick wipe with a cloth fixes that

I’ll be buying more of the bike wash very soon.

    Good stuff Menace.
Although the RS doesn’t look that fast I’m sure you were giving all it’s got. It’s different driving an AWD car in the dirt hey. Shit load of fun too.

Did they teach you to left foot brake?

Well I was going great before Christmas. I was down to 94kg and felling fit. On the 23rd Dec I had a small incident on my mountain bike leaving me with a fractured radius in my right arm.

Over eating over christmas, my inability to exersize due to my arm and the use of bourbon as a pain killer has me back up to 99kg.

Arms now getting better and I’m back on my mountain bike this week so i’m back into it and the kg’s should fall off in no time.

Good to see you’re getting back on the pushie Scotty. When will you be back on the DR?

It’s so easy to put the kgs on and so bloody hard to lose them. I have been good this Christmas, only cause I worked all through it. I’ve been hovering around 92kg for about 6 months and now I’m trying real hard to get under 90kg. I just love eating way too much.

hmmm. i’m now going to modify my behaviour now!!!! :(

i can no longer nod with a twist to the left

as it no longer implies i only acknowledge a fellow rider out and about doing the exact same as me, enjoying the ride.

so i think i’ll have to go back to the big thumbs up.

i don’t think i’ll go as far as Mr Boon’s or TB’s flamboyant style

car drivers do look at you weird like, when i coast into the 50/60 zone from 100 while no handing  , adjusting by bag or stretching or the like.

You can still go with the left twist nod xy. It might just have been old mate looking a bit fancy. :P

Ok. Now what is your goal Fes. I’m thinking a 3 month goal. 125 or 120 maybe?

The honeymoon is over Fes time to weigh in.

Since Moto is semi retired, I might take on his position if that’s ok with Moto.

I’m 92kg this morning. My goal is 85 to 88.

the best way to get the attention of the flat black open face hanky wearing, really loud twin cylinder bike riders is just as their about to pass by you, stick your middle finger proudly in the upward position with the palm of your hand facing you and then immediatly be glad your steed isnt in motard form and head for the closest sweet tight single you know of.

    :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I was waiting for TB to do this and ride off leaving me to say “I don’t know him”
