I was watching lotsa’s spot and saw it stop yesterday and read through this thread and was a bit surprised to see there wasn’t any news, when there wasn’t I texted him and got a reply straight away.

I guess I should have known that TB, mickp, gavb and others would be in the know but wasn’t sure.

Hope it all goes well for lotsa now ….

I was following Lotsa’s spot and it stopped yesterday near Sofala.

I just texted him, he hit a sheep and is in Orange hospital with broken ribs, kidney and spleen damage.

Anyone else got any other info ??

Glad the RR was enjoyed, if it makes you want to get out there it has done it’s job ;)

Mick’s backyard is pretty damn good Nick :)

It was a pleasure to finally meet up in person Mick and I hope I can repay the favour and show you a good ride around the Central Coast sometime B)

Just get one of those Airhawk seats for the longer rides, I spend 12 hrs in the saddle and don’t need to stand up.

So we found some sun for Kat to thaw out, she needs different gloves and maybe heated grips, a screen

There’s no maybe TB, they’re a MUST for enjoyable riding in winter.

Have a look at Torpedo7.com to get some :)

Glad you liked the photos :)

We went down that way on Sunday as well and then out to Tarana Pub for lunch.
The RR for that is on ORE called “Looking for Curly Dick” …don’t let Kat see it though ;)
Just to make it easy here it is….

Between Old Bulls, ORE and Facebook we have a good way of catching up for rides.
Hooray for the internet :cheer: :cheer:
PS My profile photo is on the St Albans road.

I think Diddle was wrong last year when he said that Adventure bikes weren’t real bikes

Similiar signs to these have been up around the Watagans since around 1998.
I thought it was all over as far as riding single wheel track about then.
I even had a Forestry worker advise me to stay on the main roads soon after.

Then I couldn’t believe they got permission to run the 2005 4day up there, and
    all those Watagan Trailbike Bashes.

The 60kmh signs are a worry too cause if they set a radar up and you are doing over 90kmh
you WILL lose your licence for 3 month + $647 fine, I know I just did.
If you are doing over 105kmh you WILL lose it on the spot for 6 months + $1700 fine.

Road Bikes would be worse, you can’t help but go fast and there are cops around every corner.

I sure am glad I’m ready for Adventure Riding and go on those out of the way dirt roads.

    I’ll answer for Gav

There is a new high level wooden bridge now, it’s a couple of metres above the water level
