Im another user of the CT18, been using it for years and works very well.

Hit the plastics after washing with Silicone Spray and it looks great.

Another tip for Silicone Spray is to spray it under your guards if there is going to be plenty of mud on the trails,as it prevents mud sticking and excess weight on your bike.

    Gday Rach,

Good to see you have entered this event,it is easy riding and you wont have any troubles, also a great atmosphere. If you do have trouble there are a bunch of us sweeps that will get you going again. Easy Grade 3. There are excellent pine singles, open fire trail and the odd hillclimb with plenty of assistance.
Its not a race and everyone is pretty cruisy about everything.

As Galey said,we will be camped up the top near the main Control, drop in for a chat.

Trailraider, yes mate the ol 1972 was a good year. Galeymaster is in the same vintage also, yet he rides like a 25 year old Pro Enduro racer,we can all learn a few things off this lad.

Yeah Trailraider,as Galey said we will all be done there mate.
Come over to camp for a Beer or two. Dont let Galey twist your arm for a Guava Cruiser.

    It is a great event.

    See ya down there.

Tezza, try crouching down and pushing your knee as hard as you can against the caliper and push it inwards towards the disc. Pull the lever in/out plenty of times to get firm again and repeat this a few times. It basically reverse bleeds the system,Hope this helps.

    GDay Rich,

Welcome to OBT mate, its a great site with plenty of great blokes keen to go riding.

Its very helpful in many ways from Technical info, advise on anything related to bikes and everybody has a real passion for getting out there into the bush and Camping and riding.

You are in a good area with easy access to the riding areas you mentioned.

We quite often ride those places also.

Keep an eye out for any rides posted by Galey KTM300,as he knows the western areas very well.

See you on the trail sometime.

    Cheers Marty
