They have let people in with unregistered vehicle permits in the past I know cause I did it(about 15years ago), but I would advise you to talk to them before hand as this may have changed

Had a nice sleep in, watched a movie with kids, got some new bars and grips for the sons bike, played a game of hockey, some beers after hockey, son and I fitted bars and grips, sharpened chain saw, cut some fire wood

Tomorrow, more fire wood, some fencing and garden work then off for a ride with my kids

    All good fun for me!!!

I am been pressured to go next year. Expensive but thinking about it. Still don’t think I’m good enough to finish hobby class.

Galey’s to tight to enter a local race let alone one on the other side of the world.[/quote]

Do it Mal while you can

I was never a fan of mousses, but when a rear flat cost me big time on day 1 at the Portland A4DE I had a rethink, now after having mousses front and back I see the benefits, I love the fact you can just hit suff with out fear of a flat, reduced weight due to less spares
I purchased Ballards Linswood mousses, they work well but I don’t think they last as long as say the michelin, currently on third rear and 2 front tyres and tyres feel as though there at round 8 air pressure, rims are not hitting at the moment so maybe the mousses are currently at there best
So yes I think they are good thing

Thats a bugger i’m working, this sucks being on the opposite shift to you Mal.

You should go 1 extra day, and have your very own 4 day to be in competition with the A4DE that is on the same weekend, I will get myself organised so i can at least come out on the saturday morning with you guys

Sprints are a short timed enduro loop, most i have done are about 10 minutes in length, very intense, you usually do about 6 rounds, with all classes running the same coarse, the conditions constanly change, if you can ride real hard for short periods this is the event for you, good fun!!
