get them under warranty, you payed for them so make them get you some new ones
yep so far i like my 570, considering i have a very under strength right arm due to braking my elbow and still have issues with it, the berg is very controllable and forgiving, cant wait to push it hard once i’m recovered, suspension is a bit different to set up, it is a bit heavier to pick up but it should not be on it’s side anyway, is far quicker through tight stuff then my old berg 450
my only hate so far is the bloody 2012 sticker kit pealing off from newttr50 sold!!!
Just to let you know there is a motocross on at the Clarence track that day so best to keep away/ be careful in that area
Tim
JR 80 SOLD!!
hopefully only follow the bubbles as i used a crap load of washing powder, if you want to follow someone that stinks follow Mal5.1 with his stinky two stroke:P
I have been mooping around the last couple of days trying to get over a bad case of the flu, feel a bit better this morning so decided to go have a look at some tracks for the bday ride, go out to the shed to get and sort some gear only to find a bloody great rat has called my gear bag home but what was bad the bastard is dead due to eating some bait and had dropped its bundle, hemorrhaging all sorts of fluid and shit through everything, so now I am sitting inside with the washing machine going flat out, as far as the weather goes, it is overcast, fingers crossed rain stays away

will we be sleeping on permafrost?? :pinch:i’d better bring my hot water teddy
and my flannelette spiderman pyjamas
No snow mate, as we say, it was to cold to snow, I would be more worried about the wind, the wind was strong and I bet a few of the planned rides are going to now included a log jump or two
Thank god for the rain, the trail dust will now be a little less and the rocks will grow just a little more!!We will be in this valley for a fair bit there are a few hills nearby.
The KTM rekluse kitted 530 should do the trick on that. Has to be worth a look anyway. Might get a chance to check it out late on Sunday. It may need a bit of gardening done.
My moto of late is “I wont know until I try it” as Mal5.1 could testify.
Medog, how tough is it?

That track probably has been closed for 10years, was getting very washed out so the forestry dropped some trees on it, was always good fun, you had to hit it at speed, shifting down a couple as you rounded the bend part way up, then straight up with the near vertical at the top onto the rode, go on reopen it, love to what some have a go, have some some quick metal ready :pinch:
someone else is going to be there!!!
go the bergsthankyou all for the birthday wishes

thanks
axel wrote:[Tim, I’m going to try and get on one of your loops. Last year your Berg threw you off in protest and you hurt your shoulder by my memory. We’ll help turn it into a 4/5 … I can see it now: “Hey Tim, that looks steep, lets go that way!”Yep Axle you remember right, that bitch of a bike is gone and been replaced by a much tamer berg 570 :woohoo:
your idea of help on my loop is a great idea, that is the true meaning of just winging it, who knows what and where we will end up, fun, fun, fun
