well i just got off the scales and they say im 108kg. losing weight has been playing in the back of my mind for a while now and this just might be the motivation i need.
i dunno how i will go. im under a shitload of pressure at work and home at the moment and its taking its toll in all sorts of ways.

i drink as much or probably more than any of you blokes. (not that im proud, its just habit), i dont eat much chockys and shit but when i eat, i really eat.

my favourite food is “saturated fat”.
i have been known to lick the bottom of pizza boxes after first devouring the contents. :blush:

im not gonna kid myself and start straight away, im looking for a new house to live in and its a very stressful thing to do in melbourne. as soon as i find one and move in, i will be starting.

my first priorities will be …

drinking (a lot) less, (and scotch and SODA when i do, no more coke)
eating less per sitting.
sit ups, chin ups, push ups.
getting out on the pushy and walking the woofa.

now i need a new house….a change is as good as a holiday

and man, do i need a holiday……..from life!!
