im gonna run my trustsy S12 at about 10psi…..max.
with an ultra HD tube.
it cant be any rockier than where i ride normally and thats what i run there.
i might turn it around though….just to chuck bigger rocks :laugh: :laugh:

ill buy a new one at coffs, or mayby from suttos if i get up there early enough thursday, or maybe my good mate TB will pick me up one while he is down there watering himself :laugh:

Chris, i did cut and polish the tank, well more just polish. im on the hunt for new original decals for her and will get the tank done and have them gel coated in to the paintwork…….after louee sometime.

XY, the DT doesnt have a rim lock on the front wheel. there is a hole for one in the rim but its got a rubber plug/grommet in it from the factory. sammy wont need it…..yet :laugh: :laugh:

and Mick, Sammy reckons she would empty the bin if she had more length on her chain, the one thats tied to the sink…..honest :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

i was in the shed today tinkering around with the DT.

its nearly finished, just need to put a new tube in the front wheel and set up the levers etc.
just need to buy some barkbusters.

some new pics.

exhaust and muffler on.

finished the loom and tucked it away

fuel and oil tanks installed.

i changed the stator cover gasket. it is all looking brand new still.

seat, side covers and some new stickers.

and most importantly……a prettied up front guard

yes i was working on the DT today. its nearly there, it was “dirty hand therapy”, and thoroughly relaxing….specially with the scotch flowing :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

its amazing what you can do while getting your hands dirty

mr blue, a prawn, guacomole and butter roll with poppy seeds, dipped in beer, is actually pretty good.

even better if your hands smell like petroleum products :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
