as i was the only one with a vest kat made me sweep….i had a great time …some of the early trails were uite challenging and the two girls did it in style….sure there were lots of spills due to very slippery trails but neither girl asked anyone else to ride her bike out…they always got back on and did it themselves..go girls
had some issues with my gasser and no ride fitness so as soon as the motor was back together i looked for a shakedown ride and saw kats ride…turned up at the meet to find 3 quicks and 2 girls and paul and i somewhere in between…corner man system gave us all a good time despite the differece in skill levels…
tried to load all fotos at once will see how it goes
christ this thing’s got some squirt
count me in Kat, i need some ride time….sorry, no help with local knowledge ….russ

Quote:That’s a bit rough – If you’re reading this, the bill – I think everyone here will agree that police presence at our riding spots only helps the good guys and from what we shared via PM it certainly seemed like that was your approach. I understand you probably can’t be too open about things on here but I think if you introduced yourself a little it’d help people understand that you weren’t here to be big brother watching us. Personally I thought that was pretty clear by the fact that you told us you’d be up thereCheers.[/q
+1 austblue….my youngest boy wears blue (35 yrs old)…… hope you get the bike sorted man….russ
no ollie its stock…..silverfoxau on gasgas site…my soft option is a rekluse clutch (coming)
hey austblue…the last piston i did was an XR and the compression rings were marked on the top face…one had a “T” and they wanted that ring in the top groove (wiseco piston)…..dont forget to stagger the two oil rings ……dont put gaps front or back as piston has more pressure there due to crank action…same with compression rings…how did you get the chain off? ….see you saturday fellah :woohoo: …..BTW my 2stroke piston has 2 rings and pegs in the ring groove to locate both rings..if front is 12 oçlck then gaps are at 4.30 and 7.30
