Dont wear any loose clothing like a scarf seen that before.
Remember that the branch will bind on to the saw if it isnt supported so that one end can drop away
The spikes at the end of the blade attached to the body of the saw shold rest against the log so the saw dosnt et draged in
Make sure the saw is sharp
