Happy birthday Justo! Here’s hoping you have a great day.
Cheers
MickGday Budrow,
Thanks for the intro and welcome to OBT. We are slowly gaining a following up your way so I am sure it wouldn’t be hard to hook up with some of the QLD boys for a ride.Cheers

hahahhahah, I read it without looking to see who had in fact written it. I just saw the emoticons and presumed that Murph had written it (albeit early in the evening) and thought that he had done a good job!
Hoping you are up and about sooner than later, if you need someone to take the Husky for a run to keep the battery charged, I am sure Toes will offer to give it a run at the next MX day.
Cheers
MickHope you had a great day and you get some of that stuff dogs fight over tonight!
Happy birthday you big quince.

Does the desert sand have the same consistency? It may be a dumb question but I have never really ridden the red sand and was just wondering?August 25, 2013 at 8:07 pm in reply to: August Naivgation Ride 2013 Wauchope to Bacca and Back #248646pete the wulf wrote:MrSquiggle wrote:Trailboss wrote:I don’t think I can include sand in the next one. Good
It was fun the first time around, now we can move on.
Out of curiosity though, how many people NOT riding adventurized dirt bikes managed the sand section on the pegs? I have to know :pinch:
On the pegs all the way mate, I love sand :woohoo: I say more of it, lots of it, all of it 👿
PTW
I can vouch for that. Poetry in motion PTW was. It took everything I had to stay with him and I was on a XR650R!
great tip there TB.I might have to grab one or two in my travels. I haven’t bothered taking any notice of the shampoo bottles in motels in the past for obvious reasons
Thanks for sharing, just reminds you how dangerous the sport can be at times.
August 19, 2013 at 2:17 am in reply to: August Naivgation Ride 2013 Wauchope to Bacca and Back #248306One thing I failed to mention and it was a highlight of the trip for me, was the run along Plommer road with PTW. It was on, from the get go and I had it in my head that the great Baja winning XR650R would trowl up a Tenere in the sand and whoops, wasn’t I soon to be seriously suprised! A well set up Tenere in the right hands are a more than capable bike! PTW and I had a great time trying to out do one and another and we were both knackered at the other end. Only wish I had some helmet camera footage of the shenanigans as I had more than one gumby moment!
