It is in Port Macquarie, it is technically portable but it is full time in Port. Windspeed 200kmh. Cost is about $50 for 2 minutes. 2 minutes is enough. Connor just couldn’t stop smiling and punching the air all arvo.
$99 for four minutes from memory.

My son was 8 and our daughter was 4 when they started riding. Connor was 9 when he started racing and Taylah was 5 when she started.

Gday Clarky, welcome to OBT. Your age well and truely fits the OBT criteria. ;)
As Axel said, there are plenty of rides going on around the areas you mentioned. The one to check out though is the OBT annual birthday ride which starts at Capertee and heads out to Sofala and returns the next day. It is on at the end of the month, check out the birthday ride thread.

    Gday Haveldirt,
thanks for the intro. If I was looking for a 2 banger in that class, I would definately go either the Gas Gas 300 or the KTM 300. They have the 2 stroke poke along with the tractor low rev torque of a 4 stroke. I rode the 300 kato for an hour in the bush last week and had a ball on the thing and I was secretly disappointed when I had to hand it back to its owner.
    Cheers

    Thanks Rocket.
As you said it isnt that hard to do, as a few blokes may come across the same problem in future I have done up a bit of a how to do series, on the job.
Follow these steps and it is very straight forward

    1. Drain engine oil, out of 12mm bolt, on right side of
    Engine case, into suitable container

    2. Remove rear baffle off rear of exhaust pipe

    3. Remove seat

    4. Remove exhaust from cylinder head and take off bike

    5. Remove rear brake cable adjustment nut, pull cable out of spring and pivot.

    6. Remove rear axle nut, right hand side

    7. Remove rear lower shock mounting bolts

    8. Remove right side upper and lower swing arm nuts and
    remove swing arm

    9. Remove phillips screw in top of carburettor and remove
Slide and choke assembly and hang over frame on cables

    10. Turn fuel off and disconnect fuel line from
Carb,. Remove fuel tank strap and front bolt – remove fuel tank

    11. Disconnect spark plug wire from spark plug

    12. Disconnect wiring harness connectors at engine (all)

    13. Remove upper motor mount to frame bolt

    14. Remove oil injector cover and screw, remove injector
Cable, removing oil line and clamp or plug hose

    15. Remove rear wheel – carefully, engine will be loose in
    Frame

    16. Remove engine assembly from frame and set aside. (use
Kickstand to set engine on work area)

    17. Remove phillips screws and 12mm drain plug from right side
engine cover. (carefully remove cover not to damage
Gasket) mark phillips screws upon disassembly. (some
    Are longer than others)

    18. Remove snap ring from clutch shaft and remove
    Clutch hub

    19. Remove clutch assembly and replace with new springs,
Be sure to inspect clutch hub and shoes for wear or
heat damage. Install new gasket if damaged in
    Disassembly

    20. **installation is reverse of these procedures**

    21. Refill engine oil before start up. 300ml

There is always gunna be the “TOOL factor” regardless. Last weekend confirmed that in my mind forever.

My brother in law invited a group of blokes up from Sydney to ride at my inlaws property. Most of then were on unregoed YZ250F’s and one on a thumpster. These clowns had 640 acres of property at their disposal, yet they chose to roar up and down the main road past the property and beyond (some 30km’s beyond). Even after one had a head on with a hilux and was lucky to not get really hurt, they still chose to be dickheads and kept riding past the ajoining properties homesteads creating noise and dust and no doubt bad feelings from the neighbours. They didn’t seem to care when I chipped them about it either, they dont live there so why care???
The mentallity of some people amazes me at times.
All we need now is for the neighbours to complain and we will have to put a DA in in order to ride at our own place.
AS for rec rego, I doubt if these type of blokes would even consider it, going on their complete disregard for the law and even the property owners wishes.

Hey Rocket, did you have to pull the whole motor out to get the clutch out?? The frame seems to be a pain in the arse in order to get the clutch cover off?? The reason I ask is that some one has bought a PW50 to me with the same symptoms as you described.

Not exactly from a farmer’s shed but actually being ridden around by a buck toothed goomer tenant at my in laws property on the weekend.
Dunno what model Honda it was, but it has been fitted with a 125cc china bike engine, the oil cooler is hanging by a bit of string under the fuel tank and it just flapped about , it had no air filter, the exhaust was held on with tech screws and the thing went like the clappers. It also had areally bizzare handle on the head set I presumed may have been some sort of steering dampner in a former life.
