Having two kids who ride, I would love to see a plan like that come to fruition. Good luck getting any of the legislators to look at it though,they are having enough trouble keeping the schemes they have in play now to work properly. :S

Keep an eye on the site, to get yourself on a ride with our resident Viccos, they are nuttier than squirrel shit but are good blokes none the less. :laugh:
