Just putting up with the regular Friday night shed parties puts my missus up there in the legend status.

Actually just putting up with me, elevates her to that status.

Clean the leaves out of my boat and go fishing, I would also also do some scuba diving. I was pretty heavily into fishing prior to getting back into bikes(I even held an Australian record for a year or two).I would still get my dirtbike fix by watching my kids ride their bikes. That is what I would do.

    Sweet.

Bike shop removed rear tail light section, and moved blinkers and rego plate up higher.

Lucky the bike shop did that for you. I took a brand new one for a ride once and roosted all the electics off the rear on the first ride!!

I was basing my opinion on Ant’s 530. It rattled when it was cold but stopped once warm,(this started at about 40hrs). I just wound out the cam chain tensioner untill I heard an audible “click” then wound it back in to the same place and all was good and it hasn’t rattled since. It had something to do with the size of the teeth on the ratchet set up in the tensioner. Apparently the later models were to have bigger teeth to eleviate the problem, although I haven’t confirmed the fact.

THe young bloke that hit the 4×4 here on the weekend has a broken shoulder, broken femur, multiple fractures to his arm and some internal injuries. He is lucky to be alive as he wasn’t wearing a helmet either,he was on a unregoed bike on a main road. By all reports he had it coming, a know motorcycle thief with a blatant disrespect for the law. Last year he made off with a client of mine’s bike.Karma me thinks.

Pele Granquist (spelling) what become of him? The first time I ever got blown to bits by roost was by him at Hungry Creek. I was riding a YZ400D and he just tore past me on a Husky of some sort.
