G’day Mick. I was out Saturday to pre-ride the horse endurance track for a mate (you would have seen the arrows)and had a mad lap from Herrons Creek-Bago etc beforehand. Did the same thing in that creek. Probably should avoid that track or make a bridge. It is right on the Vineyard boundary and it is going to become a big mess (which would be a shame as the rest of the track is fun!). I love singletrack and have made my fair share but that new one that runs past the swimming hole is not going to make many friends with the authorities…
Hope I dont sound like too much of a killjoy.
    Hope the leg gets better.
I did try calling you Saturday as well Dean.

Yeah I agree 100% there about that trail needing a bridge or something. We found out the hard way. I wont be in a hurry to run it again, so long as the bush is wet as it is. Was that the Winery boundary we rode down then? We found it by accident whilst looking for a sweet section I have ridden in the past. It seems as though the rest of the trail is OK it is just that creek that is sketchy.

Hope it was a good day (hope you didn`t have to go to work or something??)

    Cheers Mate

I am thinking that Blue mustn’t be at work, otherwise he would have responded by now. I would suggest he is on a Flexi being a Municipal council worker and all.

I think I may have a bash plate for one, it was given to me as a XR600 one but it doesn’t fit and the guy had a TT600 in pieces there so it could be off it.

so if I hurt my knee , should i elevate it and hit the ice :woohoo: ,,suppose that would numb the pain

    Good report.

What is it with you honda riders and sore knees, at least TB did his on a yammy :silly:

    Boony

What is worrying me Boony is that I have already had two ACL reconstructions on this knee. I dont think i have done my ACL though, I am hoping that I have just injured a muscle as my calf (not bovine calf) is as hard and swollen as a honeymooner’s tockley.

tHe cutting down of the tree had to be done regardless. I had organised the ute, saw etc and the brownie points went up a few levels after hobbling around the place all day.

The back of my knee is sporting some interesting shades of purple and yellow, one would think I have gone out in sympathy with TB. :(

I would say that I wont be back on the Pig for a week or two. :(
