OK, Day 5. First two days I did with the patches. The last two days I have done cold turkey and will go patchless again today. I dont think the patches make one knob of goat shit difference.

The big test was yesterday arvo when I stopped at Tripper’s shed for a couple of beers and I was the only person there not smoking.

Tonight in my shed may be interesting though. It is a smoke free zone as of now.
