My daughter is the one that has taken a heap of interest in what goes on in the shed. One day a bloke was in the shed having a yarn with me and she grabbed an old carby and a cordless drill and in no time she had the float bowl off and then back on, much to old mates amazement.
The young fella is a pain in the arse,he comes down the shed pulls something apart and leaves it in pieces and the tools laying here there and every where in the shed. Although he does fix his pushbikes and does the air filters on his and his sisters bikes.
Even if they aren’t going to be mechanics when they leave school, quality shed time will put them in good stead for fixing things later in life.
Top stuff Katgirl, I know my kids always come away from MX schools brimming with confidence. I always benefit from taking them to the schools too, as I listen in on the lessons and pick up heaps of pointers that help in my general trail riding.
Keep up the good work mate.
Cheers

Hi Amby. Thanks for the intro.Welcome to OBT.
You might want to let us know a general area where you are from so that we can hook you up with some suitable ride partners from your area.
What bike you ride would help too.
Cheers
MickAnother 85cc is in the pipeline only this time it will be a big wheel.

Gotta give Kawasaki genuine parts a bit of a wrap too. ON a lesser machine I may have had some heart break there.
That is why I am gunna stick with them and buy another Kwaka. We have had such a good run from them.
I am in charge of doing the air filters too.

If it is any consolation, the bloody thing rips now!!
