Doesn’t look like she would need much doing up. A pressure wash would probably do it!

Being in the same game as Bollocks, I also come across a few old dungers hidden away on properties.

This old girl is still a goer, obviously still goes pretty good if the missing rear guard is any indicator.

I think it started life as a PE400N

This is how she would have looked in a past life.

Stuck at home with a busted Achilles I am relegated to living my riding through other people’s reports. Great report thanks for taking the time to write it up! Looking forward to the rest of the adventure.

Hey XY, that plate is an unreg vehicle permit. They cost about $28 for a 7 day permit.

    Gday Gav,
Welcome to the fray. Plenty of Tenere advice thrown about here. None from me yet, mine is stock and I haven’t had enough seat time on it yet.

    Cheers

Looking at your itinerary, you picked a good night to be in Wauchope, I do believe the Star Hotel might just have some very scantily clad bar staff Tuesday nights. Toes could verify this.

I love being right, it doesn’t happen all that often, so I make the most of it when it does! :woohoo:

The funny smell the bike was making that smelt like turps, was a dead give away that there was old fuel residue blocking the carbs. I have smelt that before when I was trying to sort out the Buell.

Anyhow, it was a fun evening in your shed,(not getting much shed time of late).

The little beast sounds awesome!! Kinda looking forward to having a ride on it!

Well done guys. It is great to see so many people rally to get it fixed for Strucky. Looking forward to getting out on the trails again with you Strucky. (might be a few months yet before my leg is good enough though).

It was a good afternoon hanging in the shed with you while you worked on the beast Saturday arvo. It was a different situation, with me sitting on my arse drinking beer while someone else worked on a bike. Thanks Toes for kidnapping me.

Glad I was there to witness the random moment of Kram just cruising past on a PW80. The things you see in Bago!!

Hopefully the leg might be better by then. If it is I might just stick my head in.

Great report Curly. I dunno how long I will be on crutches until next Tuesday when I see the surgeon.

Worst injury I have had on a bike and I didn’t even come off the bastard!

Sounds a bit like my grand father’s old axe. ;)

It was 60 years old but had had 10 new handles and 3 new heads.
