I hate to admit it but that DRZ looked pretty bloody good with those wheels on it.

What do you do to upload multiple images, I keep getting just the last one three timescheers Hatto
I have fixed it up for you Hatto. Have you got a photobucket account? If not open one up and upload your pics to that then copy and paste the image code directly into your post.Sounds tricky but it isnt. There is a photobucket tutorial on here somewhere but I cant seem to find it at the moment.
Cheers
MickMy young fella likes to get in on the act as well

Man didn’t that mud hole have some suction too!!
ahhh pigs love wallowing in the mud!! Looks like the XR didn’t wanna come out either.
this came as a shock as I had riden through it the weekend before and it was only 6 inches deep, but some dickhead bogged a 4×4 in the crossing.

YUp couldn’t give a flying f#@k about horses or horse racing.
Never been to the races, probably never will.I have better things to do with my time, than standing in the sun drinking over priced crownies. The track is so close to my house I can hear the horses training of a morning and still couldn’t be bothered going. Is that on today?? Dont care much for horses myself.
Welcome Teflon, couple of good pics there mate.I have done Fraser a few times but never on a bike, that would be fun.I also noticed I have the same bench grinder as you..LOL
Thanks for the intro, looking forward to locking horns with you in the future.
Cheers
MickI have another Mikuni flat slide in the shed,I will have a look to see what jets are in it this arvo if I think of it.
Ballards have the jets, they are about $15 inc postage from memory.
Clip position certainly maybe something to fool with.I would stick with the 12.5 pilot though
Nice one Jeffro, it isn’t everyday that you get the chance to climb an active volcano!!
It is a bit freaky I will admit, I got to climb Mt Sakurajima, in Kyushu Japan. It hasn’t erupted for a long while but the smoke and steam makes you wonder when it will next. The little igloo thing in the foreground is a shelter just in case it decides to blow its stack.

This is about as close as I wanted to get to it

This onsen at its base was pretty awesome though,it is right on the edge of the ocean and that water is as hot as hades.

Japan is a pretty cool place for exploring Volcanos too.

And now I find out my race number 777 is from the girl’s class.
I am thinking that the 230 main is to big. As I said earlier,I used a 220 and you could see a definate change in colour of the exhaust smoke and it smelt fuely. Is yours a 600 or 628cc?
I think Ballard’s settings are 10 pilot and a 200 main. I would go back to those settings and work from there.
Probably wouldn’t hurt to give Ballards a call and have a yarn to one of the crew there. I had troubles with mine running lean under load at about 1/2 -3/4 throttle. It would ping its head off, that is why I went to the bigger main (220) but ended up running the 210 from memory. Here is some light reading that TB posted sometime back about jetting.

This will give you and idea what jet does what during the throttle range.
Welcome aboard Jason, great to see another XR in the ranks. Thanks for the intro, don’t be to shy to put your hand up for any of the rides posted on the forum, you will be made most welcome.
Cheers
