I had PTW in the office here today and it sounded like you guys had a great ride. WE only just missed crossing paths, we left the rock just before you guys got there. Then we were in Cowarra SF as well.
Gday Roller, I am thinking you might know a certain fella we know as Dickie and the rest of the Wallace crew?
No doubt we will cross paths soon, hopefully heading the same direction. Get onto Dickie and we organise a blast in Bago.
Cheers
MickOn you day two, as you are leaving Comboyne take the first right turn before Lorne road (bulli road) (still in town) and follow it for about 5kms then turn left onto Koppinyarrat road and meet up with Lorne road at the end of Koppinyarrat if you want some really scenic riding. It is only a short detour but worth the effort. That’s all I have to offer, otherwise it looks like a good ride.

PTW
Actually Moose knows some of that better than Mick as well I have noticed when we have ridden parts of it, both good sources
TB
Yep, Moose is the man, he should chime in any minute now.
Welcome aboard DW, great to have another pig pilot on board. Nice tidy pig you have there. Leaves mine for shame.
The plan has changed, we are riding Bago West instead. Trailing the bikes to Byabarra (hotel paradiso) and starting from there early Sunday morning. Should be a great ride. Anyone else keen, let me know.
Would have been keen but have committed to another ride up at Rollands Plains with some relos.
Do you still need that XR600 rear shock as well?
Both my Scrapper NX’s and my brother’s XR600 could do with some work on the rear shocks, we may be able to work out a deal there.
I think TB is coming up here, in January sometime, I will give them to him then.
I have packed both shafts, all the gears,(the dogs and teeth look ok to me), 3 shift forks plus the shaft and the shift drum.
How urgent are we talking here?
How many guys made it in the end?
Cracker ride report Lefty. With all us watching your progress via the spot tracker, you most likely would have had the “some one is watching me feeling”.
Did you at any stage just have a look over your shoulder to make sure?
Mate, congrats once again! I still think you are crazy though!
Cheers
MickAfter a hectic party schedule over the last few days, I have finally found time to get on-line, after fighting the kids for the computer. New ipods that needed syncing and what ever other shit kids do on the computer takes priority apparently.
Considering my antics through out the year Santa still felt fit to leave me a few goodies.
New Fox ride gear after I destroyed the last lot grovelling on the widow maker.
And a Dremel Kit for the shed, anyone need some dental work done?
Anyhow I hope everyone had a great Xmas and I am looking forward to catching up for more shenanigans in 2013.
Hey Nick, I still have those gear clusters here packed ready for someway for them to get to Sydney.
Any other gear box bits you are needing?
Hmm that would be a hard one.
APC pre run with TB and Homer was fast as TB said. that was great. (because I returned home alive)
The Weekend at Hotel Paradiso at Byabarra was a cracker.
Equal third was the weekend at KTMBULL’s, The Scrapheap Adventure Ride and Coffs Harbour rates a mention, even if it did have that bastard of a hill called “No Lines” on it.
