Maybe they spiked it with Rohypnol. Being a KTM rider you wouldn’t know if you were date raped or not.Your bum would have been sore either way.

You can make them easy enough, cause the ones I used to buy would bend and strip the metric fine threads in the bolt, so about 15 yrs ago i made two out of H/T and H/T imperial bolts, drilling was the most difficult bit, but use the right drill bit and all was good, gave one to me best mate and still use the other.

I have an awesome chain tool that does the job on chain sizes from 400’s right through to 600’s. Supplied to me by KTC tools of Japan.
Trouble is it weighs over a kilo and is a bit big for your camelbak.

I’ve just seen a thread on DBW that is 3 weeks old and has 427 pages

    DBW????? Never heard of it.

But google says it could be one of several things

    Acronym Definition

DBW Department of Boating and Waterways
    DBW Drive-By-Wire
DBW Decibel (referenced to 1 watt)
    DBW Desirable Body Weight
    DBW Dedicated Bandwidth
    DBW Data Bus Wire
    DBW DriveByWire (Dutch band)
    DBW Dragon-Back Warriors (gaming clan)

Or maybe you should adjust your abilities to reflect your ambitions ;)

The first option would be easier at my age.

Considering I did over 6000km of trail riding last year, one has to expect an occasional mishap. Except if you are a trail legend.

Just thinking back on the last year, Geez I have had some memorable get offs!!! Since joining this site I have..

    Hit a Cow…..Broken rib

Highsided into a ditch at speed…..took a huge tumble. No damage

Fell backwards down the face of Bago..Dusted my elbow, recently removed gravel from under the skin

Flipped the XR on the road……Broken foot, missed Xmas party ride.

Hit a big ditch at speed….print from inside of helmet on forehead for 4 days.

Big off infront of Ollie on my birthday bash ride….Hurt pride as Ollie laughed like mad and buggered foot peg and wrecked helmet.

So on averages I can look forward to a big off every 2nd month.

Maybe it is time to reaccess my leisure activities.:S
