I think some of the SL175’s had blinkers, I just had a look at a few on Google images, some have them some don’t.
If it hasn’t got the blinker switch on the bars, I would try my luck with the Blue slip dude and tell him they never came with them.
Good one Leo, Can’t wait to see the finished product in the flesh. :woohoo:
Good report! Well done fellas!
As soon as the flag drops, my head turns into a pumpkin and I crash soon after.
This guy is a freak!

Do you have to start at Sydney or can you join in along the way? I have a 73 SL175 that a mate gave me, which I could use. Sounds like a fun ride.No Jim, you don’t have to do the whole ride with the group. I am planning to start here at Wauchope and am aiming to meet the Sydney group on day 2 at Narromine.
A SL175 would fit in nicely at the Scrapheap.

Wauchope to Tamworth or Gunnedah then the next day to Narromine.
Got a link to the accomodation in Narromine?

We will probably head straight across from the coast, via the Oxley Highway to Tamworth, Gunnedah and Narrabri. Probably have to catch you guys at Bourke for the last 150kms.

TB
I would suggest that had something to do with the way it was being ridden!

I am also trying to talk the missus into making it a family event, if Salina and co are going, it might make her keener to come along.

At this stage, I am keen to do it again next year. I am still debating whether to do it on the CT90 or give the NX another run.
My old man had a SLR5000 that was the same colour as yours Ian, some prick pinched it though.
