He was lucky in one way, as he bought a brand new quad on Saturday and it wasn’t untill he went to put it in the shed that he saw the others were gone.
Asshulls alright.Moto wrote:

Hey RiderX,did you clear Elkhorn road?? Well done if you did, that was one serious pile of Vines!!I would have cleared it myself but the only cutting implement I had was a pair of sidecutters!! It would have taken all day.

Yuri, who is a OBT member and lives in Hungary is learning to fly and he sent me some photos and he is learning in a Jabiru. They must be good little planes if the export them to Europe.

We actually saw two young blokes on TTR 110`s out with their dads today. We commented on exactly the point you raise, AT LEAST THEY KNEW WHERE THEY WERE TOO !! Learning some respect for the trails as well (I hope) & not just terrorising some neighbourhood park;)We commented that it should be legal maybe to do this with kids not old enough to hold licenses,,, As long as they are with responsible parents & NOT on or Near public roads!!
Food for thought hey ????????
Cheers & GO THE MIGHTY GREEN MACHINESI recently had it out with the RTA about recreational riding permits via a feedback form at the RTA.
The reply I got back was that they would continue to monitor the systems in place in other States ie.Victoria. But they have no plans of implimenting and recreational permits in the near future, although Stockton Bight is the only place in NSW that you can get the permits for MX bikes. The reason being that it is run by the department of the envirionment and land conservation which is a totally seperate dept to the RTA.
If you are in the RTA office and you see the feedback form, why not fill one in asking about the permits, the more people that ask the better.Oh the KTM was running, just not very well. I was more in the mood to drink beer than dick around fixing the contancerous thing

Yesterday I used a old bridgestone ED12 from the skip bin in my front yard. I threw it away when times were good and I could afford a new tyre for every ride. I rode all day on it and it hooked up well so I will use it again on Friday’s duel sport ride.
I am with Dand on the ED12 gritty, they are a good tyre that I have never managed to tear a knob off yet, though at $135 you would expect to get what you pay for.Great report and pics Jenny. Looks like you saw some awesome scenery and had a great time, that’s what it is all about.:woohoo:

Not telling which line to take Ollie, just be sure TB hasn’t got you lined up when you get there!
Great pics Champo. Judging by the second last pic and all the black marks on the tar, maybe Tiny has been there before?
Hope you haven’t sold the WR yet mate. Anyhow how soon do you need the bike moved?? Moose travels Sydney- Wauchope a fair bit. I will PM his number to you.
Good work anyhow. I went out today so I spose I better do a report to,
