    The pony express is hard work. let alone iron man. Having swept the event for three years, I am qualified to comment. You will not as a 40 year old + trail rider turn up for work on Monday if you are there to take the event seriously.

    Gday RC, looking forward to the March ride myself. Aarrochild is coming on the ride too. He is at Bellingen. Maybe you guys could hook up and travel down together.

    I am loving them. Never go back to stockers after riding to Hill End on them. They certainly help spread my weight over a broader section of my injured instep and that is the main reason I bought them.

    Yeah I have a manual but it is in Japanese, as I bought the bike in Japan.
    When we first got the bike it was a bit tall for the young fella so I just wound down the spring but now he has grown a bit and riding it pretty hard I thought I would get it right for him.

    Thanks Puddles I will give it a go at those measurements and see how we go. If I can’t get it right I will come to you Bull, cap in hand.

    Mick wont need your cap in hand just offering to help, there is a few tricks to the cooling system i worked out on my mates boys bike
