One of the Tank stickers came off the XR the other day and riderX gave me some sort of spray on adhesive that worked a treat. It’s name escapes me though. It is something they use in the plastering trade.

Mate, you need to get on the home made jerky by a South African. IT IS THE BEST no question! (I went out with a S. African chick for a year) :)

But did the beef jerky make you better? It always helps me out, I’m still eating it, although I’m having to buy it now :( The Teriyaki one is just too good to miss out on :)

It certainly stopped my guts from growlling like it was.The Teriyaki one is our favourite too. I am still keen to try the chilli jerky though.

Just looking back, you look a bit (make that a fair bit)psycho in that picture of you chomping jerky

I noticed that to but in my defense, 4hrs sleep,no breakfast,4 cups of coffee and a 120km ride will do that to a man.

I need to go into town and will post more later, there is lots more to said yet;)

Like my 2 seperate Lantana moments one of which saw me with my face covered in blood and it dripping from my chin, or maybe my lucky save from a big highside that had Andrew near wetting himself laughing.
Or the XR400 in the bog, the day had plenty of stories really.

Hour to Kempsey, 45mins to Micks turning of at Telegraph Point, sweet ;)

    TB

45 mins from Telepoint??? Maybe on a KTM but a Honda will do it in 15 max…lol

I reckon 2.5 hrs from Bello will get you here. I would say at this stage it will be a meet at 7am away by 7.30. I will confirm that soon.
At this stage it is only a Saturday ride.

Yeah, I came home after midnight and though WTF ? Anyhow, glad it is all up and running again. Thanks for getting it happening again Chris. I can only imagine what it involves running a site like this and what I would do at work if it wasn’t running. LOL

I reckon my Honda went bloody good today. It did every thing all the other brands did today on our ride. Although I did see a KTM having a few issues. And a Yamaha now I think of it, But that could have been operator error as 4 stokers shouldn’t be revved as hard as a 2 banger.

Welcome to the site and congrats on the intro and the new DRZ. The QLD group is steadily growing so keep an eye on the site for upcoming rides. There are a few guys living not far from you.
    Cheers
