I’m in for a Coffs Harbour ride. Like TB said, you boys throw a date out there and we can book ourselves in :) Hopefully, I still make the Wauchope ride weekend :(

WE will be requiring a back up vehicle driver, so you will be coming to Wauchope no matter what.

Once they start to go there is no saving them. Peel the bastards off and spend your money on tires, brake pads etc that you need to keep your bike running. Bling sticker kits are for those that have to much money.

Yes you are right Fossil, although as I have said in the past you can sell a bike with a bling sticker kit and no engine.

Well done on the purchase. The KLR are a great bike ,My brother Ant rode one from New Orleans to the Arctic circle then back to Vancouver and the only things that went wrong were the gear stick broke in half( in the middle of no were in the Yukon, liquid steel fixed that) and the muffler blew off at a set of lights.

If they are just starting to peel I use a little dab of super glue under the loose bit. Loctite makes a good super glue, I have a little bottle I keep in my beer fridge and it is still good after 2 years.

Moto you just concentrate on riding down at dirt road first!

So if Badfun buys a rego’ed bike does that mean between KTM01 aka Ray, Badfun and Husky610, you QLD boys could get together and come down to Wauchope in March for a 3 day ride?

    TB

:woohoo: Where the hell is Wauchope? How far is it from bribane? How long is bike ride loop? Anywhere to park van/trailer? Room for 1 more? All this may have to wait for next one round..have $ accumulating for talon hubs/sm rims…..do priorities have to clash so hard???

It is near Port Macquarie on the Mid north coast of NSW. about 500km from Brisbane, the loops average between 80 – 120 km
And Yes to all the other questions:cheer:

Would have been better if you were able to ride the BRR (big red reindeer).
I had to laugh at the thought of you dressed like santa popping a wheelie.

Nigel, thanks for the input, I am trying to get another stock pipe at the moment, to cut the mid section out. As it already fits the header pipe flange.
