Yeah point taken about the bog or muddy hill. You are just stuffed then I spose.Trailboss wrote:

How would they fit one with all the FI gizmatrons though? I reckon the batteries are going to have to be a bit better quality and jump leads will become more common. Sounds stupid but….seriously!
Here is some news for you lot,you are still able to clutch start a F.I bike. I know, as I managed to clutch start the KTM990 Adventure with a flat battery.Although as I leapt on it the stand caught the back of my leg and opened me up pretty good.:S

Quote:I have just got off the phone to TB who has been working his magic to make the site even better. On that front he has some good news that I’m sure you will all be pleased to hear.I’ll let TB break the news to you as it would be unfair for me to as he has put all the work in. So watch this space…….
WTF???? I seem to be out of the loop. Now I gave TB a spray and shunned his apology, I am being ostracised,is that it???
TB must be offline, there is no way he could let that spray go unanswered.
Unfortunately Gregory,I am unable to accept your shallow apology, as I know full well, that when you were typing it ,you would have been grinning like a demented hyeana, thus making any sincerity on your behalf, null and void.
Then to compound matters, you backed it up with a rediculous penny farthing smiley….LOL
Another fine example of your chain jerking M.O.I like how you can lay them on their side and they will start straight away.
I had a fuel injected GPZ1100 in 1982 and the FI never gave me any trouble and I am sure the technology has come a long way since then.No witty retort here mate..I am no longer being baited by you.You seem to get some sort of perverse satisfaction out of jerking peoples chains and I want no part of it…so there. insert smiley with tongue poking out and fingers in ears.

Hmmmmmmmm…I am gunna let that one go through to the keeper.
Actually I wasn’t expecting any of you southerners to respond after your epic ride on the weekend.
This is just a bit of a exploritory ride for us northerners as opposed to a full on organised tour type ride. But all southies are invited of course. -
