09 Crf R head
08 Crf R cam
Kibblewhite valves all around
Kibblewhite valve springs
JE high comp piston
Stock rocker
Stock shim buckets
While it is in pieces I will doput new bearings in the linkage and swing arm and get my forks and shock serviced.
There is a fair bit of work ahead but the process has begun.STM
Scott, why the 09 head but an 08 cam?
Hey Snowflake,
The 09R head is considered to be the best ported and the 08R cam gives the best all round power. Hot cams work down low or up high but the 08R is meant to give improvements at both ends.
