Good time to invest in property if your able to, with the market being at its lowest for a long time and gradual signs of a slow increase in prices over the next few years .

As Moto says it’s a longer term investment but nowhere near as volatile as trading on the markets :S

Washed the bike after sundays ride with Tommo, thats all you have to do to a Yam and its ready to go again :laugh: :laugh:

Had a decent go on Tom’s bike with the 480 kit installed along with an FMF Powerbomb header pipe and F*&^rk :woohoo: it’s got some punch in the mid range, amazing what 30cc has done :blink: :blink:

just keep an eye on how the joining link is wearing, that was the reason my son Tom’s chain snapped and went through the case :ohmy:

The chain can be run for a while even if it’s not in great condition,but it’s not the best thing to do :unsure:

Had a short ride around the local roads tonight(about 20 mins) just to put some time on the motor and it does seem to be very smooth and fairly punchy :dry: although I did’nt really give it much ,
