Good time to invest in property if your able to, with the market being at its lowest for a long time and gradual signs of a slow increase in prices over the next few years .
As Moto says it’s a longer term investment but nowhere near as volatile as trading on the markets :S
Just my thoughts
Thats great news mate
i’v found some new singles that are just wicked so they will be incorporated at some stage :woohoo: :woohoo:
Just need Moto’s meeting in Bangkok to be put back a week and things will all be sweet

Fantastic piccies there Murph
the second one of the ray looks awesome  those guys are so majestic.
Looks like a great trip mate.
Wondering why your not taking it up to brissy?
I live on the sunshine coast and can show you plenty of awesome riding
loads of guys that live in brisvegas travel up every weekendWashed the bike after sundays ride with Tommo, thats all you have to do to a Yam and its ready to go again
Had a decent go on Tom’s bike with the 480 kit installed along with an FMF Powerbomb header pipe and F*&^rk :woohoo: it’s got some punch in the mid range, amazing what 30cc has done
I see you can’t completely get the BLUE out of the system Scott
Yep, that was one of the best sounding dirtbikes i think i’v ever heard
had a hell of a bark to it
Nasty business that is :S
I shit myself when a dolphin pops up unexpectedly when im having a surf :S
Hi Nato,
Pretty much as before with the rider list but now two short because Moto has a work meeting in Bangkok, and he was bringing Darren with him.
At the moment it’s:-
mike
tom
Damo
STM
Nickj
Spud
Nato
Scott(local)
Another couple would be good but if nobody puts their hand up off the site, I could get some more local guys.Im getting keen as well Nato, going to get out and do the loops over the next few weeks just to check they are still there   as i’v been told they have been logging the area
Hope my tracks are still ok, have’nt been out for a while.Could do with some rain soon as well
A good paint job on the frame will set the tone for the rest of the project as well.

Been looking at the chain and sprockets and not sure exactly when to replace them…..
Bike has 1700km on it, so how far does everyone else get out of a set of chain and sprockets?just keep an eye on how the joining link is wearing, that was the reason my son Tom’s chain snapped and went through the case
The chain can be run for a while even if it’s not in great condition, but it’s not the best thing to do
Still 2 spots available and only just over 5 weeks to go :woohoo: :woohoo:
moto wrote:You’ll have to let us know what the 480 kit goes like mateDid you put too little/small shims in or the other way round?
Went too big mate
Made a load more work for us :S
Had a short ride around the local roads tonight(about 20 mins) just to put some time on the motor and it does seem to be very smooth and fairly punchy  although I did’nt really give it much ,
A flash around Kenilworth on sunday should tell us
