Just an update
3 weeks to go
Looks like lee has had to pull out
The Sunday loop will now have a lunch break in kenilworth with a chance to fuel up at the local servo before heading back ,the return loop can cover as many ks as people want to do so we can decide over lunch.
The loop to the lunch stop will be around 80-90 ks so we can see what the general consensus isBelated happy birthday Murph probably spent surfing those shark ridden waves over there :woohoo:
Have to catch up on a ride before the next birthdaysmally wrote:Might have a word to that dozer driver

Nato wrote:Has moto given the berg a makeover? Was starting to look 2nd hand to say the least! Keen as mustard to get in for a ride and possibly a beer afterwards.Found a spot yesterday in a steep gully with some big rock steps :woohoo: so we cleared it out and had a few goes at them, not all succesful 😆 😆
His bikes good mate, but somehow managed to end the ride with a big buckle in the back wheel  :blink:Went out with Moto today to sort out the second part of the Saturday loop in an area I haven’t been for a fair while, and it was just as well I did because it’s all far&@ d
Just about everything’s been logged severelyleaving too much twin track to cover between good sections
For those who have been to Pig hill , that’s even had the dozer over it so anyone could ride it now  ( there’s two people I know who might be glad about it, but no namesSo we are still going to camp at the same place but will head into Kenilworth for part of the Saturday loop
Only 4 weeks to go :cheer:

Might as well drag your dad along eh?
with only 5 weeks to go I managed to get out with Tom yesterday and put together an excellent loop for Saturday and part of Sunday
Firstly we are going to be camping at Imbil this year at a place called Island Reach Camping Park, I have booked 12-15 spots, cost is $12/night and the site backs on to a river so the opportunity to cool off after the ride is right there.
we are only going to be walking distance to the pub for an evening meal and a beer if required :woohoo: :woohoo:
Saturdays loop will be around the 50-60 k mark and will a good warm up
starting at approx 12.30-1.
Sunday we will head off around 8ish and the loop will be approx 130ish so we might have to carry a bottle of fuel
If people can let me know about fuel range of their bikes and if we need to do a fuel stop then I will try to set that up.I’m going to go out on friday to try and get a good site because being a holiday weekend this place will get busy, so if anyone wants to arrive friday I will be there
(might even be able to do a few ks as well).
As yet the rider list hasn”t changed and theres still a few spots left  so come on roll up,roll up its not that hard a ride
