recent rain will make this ride SWEET.I`m assuming murph , that you wrote this the same night of your phone messages left on my answering machine..
undeciferable…….love
open single trails
moist trails
riding in thick bush then opening out into a great view, vista – makes you stop and look.
having an enjoyable ride with others , havinga joke etc.
fast twisting singles especially if chasing others
loath
the off-camber-side of a mountain tight trails that murph seems to relish.
the boulder vertical climbs and “” “” ” “” “” ” “” .
riding with blokes that think theres a trophy at the end and want to push you off track
rock gardens that go on for everI`m with you murph,
I change both sprockets and chain as a set. may be a bit dearer but in the long run gives peace of mind and you know everythings age/mileage ( in a metric world shouldnt it be kilometerage )
only exception to this is if something was damaged with not much age on it.morgo
coast cut your in,
scotty h your in, man you love breaking bones. :laugh:your on the list , huskybloke + 1
I`ll slip you onto the list.. I was going to drop you a line this weekend anyway, this is my birthday ride ,same as past years
being currently unable to ride for a week or 2 –
took the chance to give the bike a birthday. – new sprockets and chain – were long overdue.
– new spark plug
– pivot pegs
– greased everything !!! – head stock bearings, lingages, all pivot points and generally anything that looked like it might like some grease.
– new coolant, after 3 years the original stuff may have well been GI Lime.
– lube up all cables.
next is new brake fluid then onto the motor. oil and filter. By then the bike will be ready for winter.Nice work Dude,
another Razorback victim. You wont be the last.part of what worries me about it is that by the time you get to it , your pretty well stuffed and ready for lunch. It only takes a little fatigue or slip to get yourself in trouble.
austblue,
rang the shop and gave evan my details so hopefully this means I paid.morgo
hey DanD,
if I can get my shit together and have bike ready, I`m in. Plus maybe son (Sam)depends what his girlfriend wants him to do :laugh:with the rain about may get to be more than grade 2/3.
Morgo
