PS Mr Blue dog, you would not know if a bus was up you, even when the passengers started getting out!

    Good Morning all

Mmm good morming Mr Squirrel, I still think you’re a wascally little fellow with good intentions, and i for one would like to see you jump 131.6736 metres, with or without the Doulble decker bus.

Pegs are way underated in the realm of bike control, i already knew this but wasdriven home with me recently, my CR250s both had wide aftermarket pegs, then I had excellent wide grippy pegs on the KTM, however the YZs’ pegs suck bad, very old school, short, fairly narrow in comparison to others and my feet are constantly slipping, I have filed them but basically they suck.
So I too will be watching out for your considered conclusions Mr Trailboss Sir, particularly on the ease of gearchange/braking ability and steep hillclimbs with the pivot function

Mr Blue 250, not to be confused with a Blue 125

I did just notice though it is specifically for a honda isn’t it? what with a shifter :S , vise grips  and a roll of tape  .

only hondas would need those three together wouldn’t they? LOL

Not that us real northeners would even know what you blokes are talking about, but if your Mum & Dad were related before marriage or your wife was your sister before the priest & the shotgun weeeeelllllllll ……………………..

Yep in a few videos with those lads, the fat bugger getting all pushy that’s me, try looking at “just a little hill” or “the wallride”

I used to be a junior Motocrosser out of SE QLD/NE NSW who chased a few titles here & there, been riding all my life, never been off bikes one way or another and yet I will still say those S/T brethren lads are hardcore and fast, probably the most so I have ever come across. I can only do rides with them a few times a year the energy is sapped out of you for weeks after.

hey, TB very astute, i have been known ride with Robbo, all in all a very fast competent rider he is as well as the clan leader of the border ranges S/T brethren, but he is not I, & I not he, I prefer to be more of a lone canine, he is also younger and trimmer than I.
Rides a YZ125WR, a Huskywr250 and a CRF250, whereas I can only find the time to ride one bike.

Nice deduction though, not far off the money

Hello glad to make your acquaintaince Phil
yep Old suzukis used ta love stompin’ ya into the ground after throwing you over the bars.

sorta exact same thing the late model KTMs do to you.

Ah KTM, inventing new technology and new more efficient ways to hurt you…the rider.

Which is why I am now Blue.

Porky is a legend and he rides a smoker, which makes him a double legend, and I unlike others do not use the term legend as a throwaway.
had a nasty off last year or year before too didn’t he?

Not a bad idea, they sell a similar thing on ebay always thought just another edge for me to get ripped on or to create an intrusion into my person, but then i am prone to injury so i use soft straps on my tie downs.
good if you can get them for Nix.

I’m with Slug the good old Aussie snake is just trying to give his fellow fauna a bit of Mouth to mouth after rescuing him from drowning, a crocodile would do exactly the same given half a chance.

Mick, get onto KTMTALK it appears your pro-senior has done the classic “frying up of the stator” probably the high speed winding which everyone of us motorcycle tragic fathers seem to experience at some stage, if it is, after the rewind Two2cool additive and more tranny fluid is your friend.

KX65/RM65 is nice bike for stepup but KX60 is fun for the little onestoo, heaps out there buy a perfect one for $1-1.5K

    Mr Blue/green/orange? ah whatever

Another good product I sell is Rider Protection cover it costs $265 per year and will pay you out $2,000 if you have a 12hr stay is hospital or $10,000 if you die.

Hey Fossil being a bit of a numbers person I reckon those odds are too short for my tastes the people you front for are saying we dirtbikers have a 7.55:1 chance every year of having a motorcycle related hospital stay?, or even worse a 37.75:1 chance of biting the big one?, Mmm I’m gonna have ta rethink this whole thing out cause the law of averages says I’m way overdue for either another hospital stay or worse..toetagged and refrigerated….

Actally sounds like a good product for young guns

That’s an “X” alright, great bike, no brakes though I raced two of it’s little brothers, the RM80X & RM80XZ they weren’t W/cooled for another year, also had it’s later version the “RM125D” a brilliant bike that ate anything in it’s path and gained me a lot of Cred, made me somehow look & perfrom like an “A” grader apparently.
Nasty looking shed too, woulda been a bit going through your mind at that stage i would imagine?, anything that doesn’t kill us makes us stronger so they say
I too remember Anthony Gunter, Pelle’ Granquist and the like and took a bit of training from Stephen Gall back before it was an “academy”, was just a travelling school then

And so the Pro-senior woes begin……….
How did it play up? same symptoms?
Our ’06 is still in pieces in the shed awaiting my enthausiasm to rise again

i bought the young bloke a KX60 for mucking around on just because of these issues, much betterer all rounder and plenty speedy enough generic sorta bike.
