Well I can tell you not the bloody one up here, I’ve known the owner personally for over 20 yrs and he still puts his hand in my pocket every chance he gets (not often though these days), pinched one of me mates Fiancee’s a few years back and played up on his Missus with her, at least he married her I s’pose that’s something.

RRP means nothing but a baseline starting price to him, it goes up from there, and now he’s also the Suzuki dealer as well…

yep he’s on my Xmas card mailing list… NOT.

    Sharman’s tents roll into town
    Telve will face the auctioneer
    Sharman’s boxers stand their ground

Their days are darker than your nights
But they won’t be the first to fall
    Children broken from their dreams
But they won’t be the first to fall

    Fighting in the spotlight
Eyes turn blacker than their skin
    For Jimmy Sharman’s boxers
It’s no better if you win
    Standing in the darkness
Lined up waiting for the bell
    The days are wasted drinking
At the first and last hotel

    CHORUS
Why are we fighting for this?
Why are you paying for this?
You pay to see me fall like shrapnel
    Tobthe floor
What is the reason for this?
There is a reason for this?
Wht isthe reason they keep coming
    Back for more?

The blows now bring him to his knees
But still the crowd calls out for more
The drums are burning in his ears
The man keeps counting out the score

on that note Trailhack Evel Knievel (who was actually a bit of a womanising Knave truth be told) was once asked what was the most stupid thing he’d ever done and regretted, he ansered “Drinking Wild Turkey”

WTG Michael, a long and healthy future now awaits you…

In the past 15 days I have not smoked for 8 of them, unfortunately not 8 in a row, lots of 2 and 3 day stints, but it’ll work out…..

I’m kicking myself cause I was smoke free for almost a decade until mid-last yr…….

    But you will do it….

I rode like this last week, I was just never comfortable on the bike and it was dominating my thoughts instead of looking to the horizon I was looking at the ground in front of me and constantly being caught out by obstacles including hitting a 12″ log across the trail at 90 klicks, luckily for me muscle memory and an instant adrenaline hit got me over it without a problem, but if it had been at 45 degrees to the track in the wet (which it was) I reckon I’d be writing this from the trauma ward now.

Me I’m taking a few weeks off to sort my bike out and get it to where I am happy with the setup again.

The rest is rest, diet and attitude.

You’re not alone XY, many endure the scourge of mental health issues, it is the bane of our gender and generation, so be with mates weather it be in a virtual backyard BBQ, or in the real world.

Welcome back and best of times to you….

Air pressure as stated by my learned comrades can turn good forks into pigs in a flash, re: forkseals, both Yamaha and KTM have issues with the stock seals, a good suspension man will it the atermarket ones that don’t leak, mine have these now and not a dribble even in basketball rock gardens or let tied down for 24 hrs, zilch, nuthing, nada…

But always remember the air presurises due to heat, if you don’t bleed them at ull extension like TB said when cooled off you may have a vacuum and that sucks too.

G’day Calala, I’ve got a dakota 10 (garmin from J appleseed for 249) no sd slot but around a GB of total memory, very rugged, top for trailuse, we have dozens of maps loaded on it rom NENSW & SEQLD and still have over 600MB o memory left using shonky maps software. A riding mate o mine got a Garmin 450T his was around $460 definitely more of a unit than mine, but on the trails no discernable diff.

I’m fairly new to mapping GPS only used ocation ones before this and it’s really cool and easy to use on the trails
