either way works I guess
TB a young (ish these days) mate of mine has just set off overseas on a KTM Adv, bought a great second hand one already setup with hard luggage and all the gear like spotties etc, paid a premium, but it is the best in it’s class, and does have a good linkage system too.

Woohoo, all top stuff Mick.
Glad to hear it, and one day you can let everyone know how much it wasn’t?
Should put an end to any thoughts that we’re not being taken advantage of slightly locally for such work eh?

G’day Mr Whipp, I personally like the Whipps stuff from what I’ve experienced of them, and I suddenly feel like going out and polishing something….
Bruce cee
Good stuff Michael you go getter you…
Yeah yeah, Mick did it, no I didn’t, No it was the terrible kawasaki Flapper P/V (stupid things zook RGVs used to do a similar thing ) yes you did blah blah its been broken and it happened who did what and why…….
(all tongue in cheek lads too) noe the important stuff Mick, been waiting and waiting… I wanna know how the new E Gorr engine is running, how damn good is it?
Come on, will it kick an XR650s butt all over the track or what?

So TB and Mal prefer to confuse Boony rather than go riding????
Or in other terms Riding Boon is more fun?????
Now i’m confused

This is in the same category and is a much more exalted bike

Showing your Age Michael it’s what we used to yell out to the roadbike riders on their CB750s and Z900s, “go on pop a wheelie………..Bloody pansy, Roadbikes must be so gutless eh”…
Oh to be young and slightly more silly again

Bit of a thing Mick, I’m reasonably lucky our IT Bloke is a bike rider (76 Ducati 750gt & Bandit 1200 ) and told me what does he care if a bloke is arranging a ride with his mates of a weekend, who is that hurting?
I have no luck with proxy servers, cause our anti-sneaky program is wise to it and filters further upstream apparently.

Hello Aaro, 21mm is the float height you’re after, measure from mated surface on carb body to lowest point on float
If you have removd the needle and seat, replace the fibre washer under the seat, it can drive you mad if you don’t
Anything like ours the stock jetting is way too rich, so drop the pilot by 2 numerical sizes and raise the clip on the needle one or two from stock, drilling a few holes up higher in the airbox cover helps too.

Cause they go so fast we KTM riders are always on the brakes tryin to pull em up just so all the other bikes and bikers don’t feel to bad gettin smoke by us. see how considerate we are!!!!!!!!
Mmm I went riding with a KTM300 on the weekend, and the 125 honda and 250 yamaha didn’t notice him smokin’ us at all….
are you sure it’s not because you’re timid buggers always on the brakes too much and overheating them……….
