February has 28 days , which actual days are you considering Shane ?

I’ll be at Frying pan CK on the Sat of the 2nd weekend , pissed by 4 pm I’d reckon , provided the rains don’t make it a wash out , Frying Pan in Summer can be a total water fest if huey sends her in to batter the BMW crowd with copious amounts of rain .

Looking at my roster I only have one other weekend off work in Feb , so my chances are slim
Fuggin work gets in the way of havin fun toooooo often .

    Hey Al,

First weekend of Feb mate, just to miss the BMW crowd, im sure they are a top bunch of blokes they just take up a lot of room, probably the high concentration of beer related girth

    Hope you can make it

So Sunday the 5th of January saw Jonsa and I head back up the Frying pan for an early morning start to
pre-ride the day 2 loop that he has put together. Dude was right, bloody awesome.

For those that came up over xmas for the grade 3 day one loop, day two is awesome. Bigger hills, more singles and a much bigger day. I took a litre of fuel in the back pack and only JUST made it back to the pan with about 80 ml in the tank.

    So format is
    Day 1
80 klm grade 3 loop with optional hills and some new tracks around gumleaf hut.
On the bikes at 8 AM, back in the swimming hole drinking beer by 1:30 in the arvo if you do the whole thing. If its stinking hot, the option is there to finish at midday.

    Day 2
130 Klm grade 3 with a couple of grade 4 sections for those that want to have a go.
On the bikes at 8 Am, back by 2PM, make sure you have enough fuel.

Ill post some vid footage of Jonsas Day 2 loop.

If we have the numbers Ill head up a couple of days early and sort out the firewood and peg out the camping area with some spare tents so we have enough room for everyone.

    cheers
    Squiggle

  👿 sorry to hear that squiggle, not cheap, when I was livn in dubbo I had a young bloke stealing stuff all the time and I finally caught him, called the police they took him away and he was back again that nite , caught him a cpl nites later took him to a place with heaps of prickles striped him naked except undies no shoes and told him to walk and if he come back he’ll cop it alot worse and don’t go to the police, he near came back 😆 😆

Wolfie I think your onto something, going to check the CCTV footage to see if the businesses nearby cover the carpark. Police are next to useless, unless of course your speeding, then they are Awesomely efficient.

Hey Chris, your most welcome, we want to be on the bikes early so we can meet you at palmdale road parking area at about 8:10am. The ride will finish at the pub so best throw a couple of dollars in the backpack .

See you in the morning :)

Just checked the map, isn’t where I normally park. Where on Palmdale is the parking ? Just incase it could be missed.

    Cheers

Just down from the cremetorium is a gravel carpart. We are coming from Chittaway road on the bikes already.

You buy it eags and Ill sort out the knobbies and help put some KLM on it

Seriously, the MV F3 is the most beautiful motorcyle ever built IMHO, it just needs more displacement …… and what do you know, they now make it in an 800 …. must resist, too many bikes. :pinch: :pinch: :pinch: :pinch:
